Adidas 60 years anniversary

Adidas had it's 60 yrs anniversay in Tavastia couple weeks back. Flow-Mo had a show there among other shows like Kemmuru, Loost Koos, Rudy Rok, Martti Kuoppa, Super Janne, Dj Anonymous, Dj didier, J-laini, DJPP etc. It was pretty cool event. At least for me.. it went on till 9 AM with sauna afterpartys.

Right now I concentrate on my thesis so I hope you won't hear anything of me in next couple weeks. I hate deadlines.. but on the other hand, I couldnt get anything done without them.

KPO Breaks 10 pics

KPO Breaks 10 was dopeness. It was nice to see all the friends and party. I feel sad that Kimmo & Jussi will not organize it anymore. Let's organize KPO breaks afterparty next year at least :)

1. Premiere of Kpo Breaks DVD 2000-2008

If you have chance, go and buy one. Alot of Finnish bboy history there. I remember how it was when the movie was starting. Atmosphere was exciting!

2. Oldies Battle

Final was between Jesse 13 & Antopio.. It was real close and Jesse13 has some mad serious skills yo I gotta say. Our fellow jury gave it to Antopio anyway who did good as always! Props for both!

Kuopio Breaks 10!!

Legendary Finnish Bboy event Kuopio Breaks comes again with its 10th anniversary!

Personally I can say to be pround of being in every single event and tomorrow will not be an exception. Our dear scandalnavia homies Ghost crew will attend this joyful gathering as well.
Bus leaves 9 o'clock from Helsinki's Railway station and everyone should get enough food and Drinks to survive 6 hour journey to Kuopio. Don't be late, like I will!

Food & FDO Competitions

I was in market and I wanted to make some freestyle cooking again, so this is what I came up with: Mercy's Meat & Vegetables pt.1.




1 big eggplant
1 big zucchini
4 carrots
4 fresh champignons
1 big yellow paprica
2 red onions
1 really big sweet potato
1,5 dl cream
400grams minced meat
Milk
black pepper, paprika, chili, salt etc.

For Drink:
Dumisani Pinotage-Shiraz 2008 South Africa Red Wine

I recommend wine with very strong taste, since the food is very finnish type of flavor afterall. (typical Finnish food = not very spicy)

1. Cube all the vegetables
2. Boil sweet potato and half of the carrots in salted water
3. Cook / Brown the meat in frying pan
4. Soften the rest of the vegetables in another Pan (start softening the vegetables from the hardest ones)
5. Mix meat and vegetables from the pan
6. Add cream and spices of your taste
7. Make smashed potatoes from sweet potato and carrots, add cream / milk

Remember to enjoy cooking, freestyle and forget the recipes!
